- For stags cover charges will be applicable as per venueโs discretion throughout the night.
- Men must wear closed footwear (Shoes) and full length bottoms. (Applicable for Night Clubs)
- Tickets once booked cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- Venues are solely responsible for the service; availability and quality of the events.

- In certain circumstances, Relapse reserves the right to cancel the tickets owing to any internal reason which requires such action. Refund policy
- We understand that plans change, and sometimes you may need to cancel your ticket purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:
- No Refunds Will Be Issued If Entry Is Denied By The Venue
- Refunds will be issued only if an event is canceled or rescheduled by the event organizer.
- Refunds will not be issued for any other reason, including but not limited to change of mind, personal scheduling conflicts, or transportation issues.

- Tickets Once Purchased Cannot Be Cancelled Because Of Personal Reasons , you can exchange tickets if you have bought tickets for a different category for the same event.
- If the event is cancelled from organisers or the venue you will receive a refund within 5-7
